The basics
What is Zest+ Bids?
Zest+ Bids is the bid product from Zest+, the technology arm of Zest Marketing. We build interactive bid microsites, day one contract dashboards, full interactive bids and bid team tools for facilities management providers, from the tender pack and in your branding.
Who is it for?
Bid, sales and business development teams at facilities management providers, especially mid-market providers competing against bigger names. It also works for built environment businesses that bid for multi-site contracts.
Is it bid management software?
No. There's no platform to learn and no licence to buy. We build what each bid needs and share it with you as a private link.
Does AI write our bid?
No. AI helps us read the tender pack quickly and pull out the sites, KPIs, SLAs and criteria. Your bid team owns the answers, and our people design, write and check everything that goes into the build. We're always open about how we use AI, which matters as more buyers ask.
Using it in a tender
Can we put a microsite in a public sector tender submission?
Usually not in the scored written answers. Most public sector ITTs only evaluate what's uploaded to the portal. Where Zest+ Bids comes into its own is at presentation, interview, demo and clarification stages, and in private sector bids. We'll check the ITT with you first. See where it works.
Can we use it to get round word counts or page limits?
No, and we'd never recommend it. If the ITT limits what you can submit, we respect that. The build is there to bring your bid to life at the stages where it's welcome.
Can we present from it on the day?
Yes. Presentation microsites are designed to be presented from, and the showpiece package includes presentation support on the day.
Where does the dashboard data come from?
Before award, the dashboard uses the client's real site list and KPI regime with illustrative figures, clearly labelled as such. If you win, we can connect it to your real data so it becomes the live contract dashboard.
Branding, security and ownership
Will it be in our branding?
Always. Your colours, fonts, logo and tone. The demo is in a made-up provider's branding for exactly that reason: to show we build in yours, not ours.
How secure is it?
Every build sits behind a password, is hidden from search engines, and is frozen at the deadline. We never put personal data on a bid site, and Zest holds Cyber Essentials. Read more about security.
Who owns the finished build?
The content is yours. We host it on a private link for as long as you need it, and you always get a PDF version to keep.
Will you show our bid to anyone else?
No. We don't name clients on our site or share their builds. The demo is entirely fictional for that reason.
Timing and cost
Can we see an example first?
Yes. Have a look at the screens from our Citrine FM demo, then request access and we'll email you a code to click around the whole thing. Like every real build, the demo is private.
What do you need from us?
The tender pack, your win themes, your brand guidelines and a named contact in your bid team. We'll take it from there and keep you updated along the way.
How quickly can you turn one around?
A single build typically takes five working days from the moment we receive the tender pack, subject to scope and availability. Bigger builds, like the showpiece or a full interactive bid, are planned backwards from your presentation or submission date. If your deadline is tighter, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How much does it cost?
