Who we are

Zest+ is part of Zest Marketing Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15217156). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@zestplus.ai.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms or by email: your name, work email, company, role, website, sector and any details you add about what you need, such as your next bid date. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, send demo access codes you've asked for, prepare a proposal if you want one, and manage any work that follows. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We never sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered by email through our website host, Hostinger, and kept in our business email. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you book a call, the booking calendar on our Book a call page is provided by HubSpot, which receives the details you enter to arrange the meeting and may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, then delete them.

Bid content

Tender documents and bid content you send for Zest+ Bids are only used for your bid. We process them using Anthropic's Claude under its commercial terms, which means they aren't used to train AI models, and we delete them six months after your deadline. Bid sites never include personal data such as staff names or salaries. Read how we keep bids secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@zestplus.ai. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
