Zest+ Bids · Where it works

Built for the rules, not around them.

Interactive bid material is powerful, but only where it's allowed. Here's where it works, where it doesn't, and how we help you use it at the right moment.

Where you can use it

Where it works, and where it doesn't

Public sector tenders only score what's uploaded to the portal, and plenty of ITTs rule out links and extra material in written answers. So we'll never slip a microsite into a scored answer. We help you use it where it's allowed, and where it'll land best.

Where it works
  • Presentation, interview and demo stages
  • Clarification meetings and site visits
  • Private sector and corporate FM bids
  • Leave-behinds, where the buyer's happy to receive them
  • Mobilisation and the first months of the contract
  • Pre-tender conversations and relationship building
Where it doesn't
  • Inside scored written answers on public sector portals
  • As a way round word counts or page limits
  • Anywhere the ITT says no to links or extra material
Not sure what's allowed? We'll go through the ITT with you before we build anything, so there are no nasty surprises at evaluation.
Stage by stage

The right build for each stage of the bid

Every procurement is different, so we always check the ITT with you first. As a general guide:

01

Before the tender

Relationship building with a target client. A short microsite showing you understand their estate can open doors long before the ITT lands.

02

Written submission

On public sector portals, only what's uploaded gets scored. We keep interactive material out of scored answers and support your team behind the scenes instead.

03

Private sector response

Where the format is open, your whole response can be an interactive site, with a matching PDF for the record.

04

Clarifications and site visits

Pull up the estate map or mobilisation plan to answer questions on the spot, rather than promising to follow up.

Good fitPresentation microsite

05

Presentation and demo

The moment it matters most. Present from the microsite and let the panel click through their own contract on a day one dashboard.

06

Award and mobilisation

The mobilisation timeline becomes the plan, and the dashboard can go live on your real data.

Got an ITT in front of you?

Send it over and we'll tell you honestly where interactive material is allowed, and where it would make the biggest difference.
